Established by three post-90s partners, what they all had in common is having a strong belief that hospitality should be one of the backbone of a metropolitan city. Having the goal in mind and with the help of James Riley, the group chief executive of a global luxury hotel chain as their business advisor on a personal capacity, Butler hopes to grow and continue to bring high-quality hotel-style home concierge services to the Hong Kong community.

Grasping the opportunity to grow and expand during the epidemic, not only serve “homes”, but to use their home concierge capabilities to collaborate and expand to other industries. Having partnered up with Raze, a photocatalyst technology for sanitation and hygiene, Butler added their home hygiene products to their services to build a healthier and comfortable environment for their clients.
